We've been working with Ron and have been very impressed by the process so far. Ron always remembered our names and situation each time we presented to explore the display home. Even when he was with other clients, he took the time to personally greet us and make us feel valued and supported. As first-time homeowners the whole commitment is quite overwhelming, but Ron has made it smooth, exciting and far less daunting. His guidance and expertise have turned what could have been very stressful into and enjoyable and confident experience, Ron had been incredibly reliable, always willing to adjust meeting times to accommodate our schedule. He responds quickly to emails and calls, and is easily reachable through both email and phone, making communication and asking questions effortless. In a market where we expect long waiting times for land titlement and building, we have been so fortunate to be working with Ron who has provided us updates to the upcoming appointments. We've been so impressed with the Weeks designs and styling. We look forward to continuing the process soon in the weeks design studio.
