How long is the preconstruction process?

This process takes approximately 6 months to complete.

How long will my home take to build?

General Build Times are as follows: Single storey – eight - ten (8-10) months from pouring of slab. Double storey – twelve to fourteen (12-14) months from pouring of slab. These timeframes are a general guide only and may be affected by weather and other variables specific to your build.

Can I afford to build a new home?

If you can afford to rent, you can afford a new home! Buy a great value house and land package with loads of inclusions. Can I modify floorplans?

What are the benefits of building a house & land package?

The most obvious benefit of building a house & land package is that it simplifies the build process. The home is perfectly designed to suit the block and you are able to understand your financial commitment as a total price.

What is included in the house base price?

All of our homes are priced based on our standard specification, featuring the classic façade. Should you wish to include additional features and upgrades to your home a tender document will be prepared detailing these items and the final price.
