The Good Home House & Land Auction will see a lucky buyer walk away with a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom terrace home in Villawood’s new Oakden Rise estate near the Adelaide CBD with 100% of proceeds going to South Australian Kids Charities. 

Weeks Homes are excited to be part of this life changing opportunity provided to countless South Australian Kids. As part of the The Advertiser Foundation Kids’ Appeal Weeks will be partnering with the Villawood Properties, to build and donate the beautiful two-storey terrace home for auction in November. 

The Advertiser Foundation Kids’ Appeal is a year-long appeal to raise money and awareness for frontline children and youth charities in South Australia and we were thrilled to be able to help. Villawood Properties generously donated the land and we are able to home in its entirety.

A donation of this enormity would simply not be possible without the support of our valued trades and suppliers. None of them have been asked twice, providing enormous levels of support and donation of materials, labour and product when asked. 

We are looking forward to seeing just how much we can raise to help change the lives of children as through the efforts of the following charities.

Generosity comes in spades - The launch of the Good Home Project

The first sod has been turned on the site of our new three-bedroom home in Adelaide’s northeast that will be auctioned next year to raise money for The Advertiser Foundation Kids’ Appeal.The two-storey terrace home will also feature two-and-a-half bathrooms, a large living area and a rear-loaded garage.The house and land package at Oakden Rise, donated by Villawood Properties and Weeks Homes, is the centrepiece of the Kids’ Appeal and expected to fetch up to $700,000.
