From the moment we walked into the display home and met with the sales consultant, the whole experience has been fantastic. The entire build process was stress-free and exciting, and even the after-care has been outstanding.

Our site supervisor was second to none - never a question too hard, always happy to explain anything and everything, and constantly going above and beyond. The communication and updates throughout the build was excellent, and the whole project ran on time. 

We only ever had a few very small issues, and they were rectified almost immediately. Most of the time our site supervisor was already onto it before we had even asked about it. 

Another big factor for us was the cost certainty. The price stayed exactly the same throughout the build. The 12-month contract we signed at the beginning held that price, which gave us real peace of mind knowing there would be no unexpected costs unless we chose to make changes ourselves. 

We couldn't be happier with the experience.
