I felt the entire building process was very well managed, with clear and consistent communication at every stage. Updates were provided regularly, and any questions I had were answered promptly and helpfully, which made the experience smooth and reassuring.

The workmanship and overall build quality were of a high standard. Finishes were completed with great attention to detail, and I was very happy with the overall result. 

Any concerns raised during the process were listened to and handled professionally. I felt well supported throughout, particularly by the Site Manager, who was approachable, accommodating with requests, and genuinely committed to resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
