Should your home be complex in design and fall outside of the terms of the 30 week build time, we will still commit to a guaranteed build time, specific to your home design, because we value transparency and certainty.

Our quality inspection process

We undertake thorough quality inspections at key milestones in the build including; footings, framing, brickwork, internal linings and second fix. These inspections are conducted by both independent experts as well as your dedicated Site Manager. Upon the completion of your build a final inspection is conducted by your Site Manager and their Area Manager against a strict quality checklist, providing absolute peace of mind ahead of your final walk through and handover.

Footings Inspection

A the very start of construction we engage an independent engineer to inspect the trenches and footings that will form the foundation of your home.

Framing Inspection

The ‘bones’ of the home are also inspected independently by Supaloc to ensure accurate erection to engineered standards.

Site Manager Inspections

Detailed Site Manager inspections are conducted against a checklist at three key stages through the build including: Brickwork and roof, internal linings and second fix.

Final Quality Inspection

A detailed final quality inspection is conducted with the Site Manager and Area Manager to ensure the highest level of finish is achieved prior to your final walk through.

Customers are invited to join the site managers during these key stages for a walkthrough of their home.
