Pre-Proposal Assessment
Prior to providing a new home proposal (quote), our approvals team will facilitate Council & planning checks to ensure we capture any potential costs associated with the land.
At Weeks we like to partner with our customers through the entire building process to provide a rewarding experience and beautiful new home.
There’s something special about building a new home. From helping you choose the perfect design, through to handing over the keys, we’re proud to be part of the journey. The Weeks team are here to support and guide you through every step.
We believe in a better way to build and like you, we don't like surprises, that's why we remain transparent and honest in everything we do. We don't believe in 'quoting at the desk' but rather provide professionally estimated, site specific costs so that you can be certain we have captured your requests. And finally we certainly don't expect you to sign a contract until we are absolutely sure we have done all that we can to capture the all of the costs that will go towards building your dream home.
After discussing your vision with a Weeks Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll have the chance to choose your favourite house design. The information generated at this initial consultation will allow us to generate a professionally estimated, site specific quotation.
To ensure we have captured all of your requirements your New Home Sales Consultant will be in touch to arrange an appointment to take you through your concept plans and quote in detail and allow you to provide any additional thoughts or details. You first acceptance fee is payable.
You will have worked with your New Home Sales Consultant on your quote and design. From here, you will meet with your Contract Coordinator to review your Consolidated Proposal (CP) and Final Plans. The CP is a subsequent document confirming all additional requirement and confirm pricing.
This stage of the build involves turning your house into your dream home in our MyChoice Design Studio, including four appointments with Qualified Interior Design Consultants, this is where you will personalise your home.
At this appointment you will be presented both your Building Contract and Annexure A. The Annexure A is a subsequent document to the previous CT including your Selections requests and allowances.
Following the signing of your contract, we will prepare a bank pack detailing all final costs required to gain finance approval from your lender. Upon receipt of finance approval and Full Development Approval from Council we can begin preparing for construction!
