Over lunch with Scotty Wendy explained that after purchasing the property from her parents in 1992 and raising her own family there she decided to to build a comfortable home for herself and a second home as an investment for her children.
Wendy says of her experience "I looked for about 15 years and never really felt comfortable but now I have the exact home I dreamed of. I feel like I'm living in a fancy homey hotel.
