The support [Name Removed], and the Weeks team have provided has been calming and reassuring. We are still in the pre-construction phase and can't wait until our house is in the construction phase.

After leaving another building company due to poor communication and judgement. My partner and I were really pleased with the customer service and the ease of the process. We have always been updated with changes if they occurred which we appreciated. Would recommend to our family and friends in the future!!

Having initially spoken to other builders, Weeks was by far the most professional and gave us the confidence to go with them for our first build. Since then, the communication level from our initial consultations, to being ready to go to site, has been outstanding. Any information we have required has been provided to us in a timely manner, while Weeks have been flexible and receptive to any changes of heart we've had along the way, making it a reasonably stress-free experience. The cost we have been provided is perhaps slightly above what we had hoped, but is still reasonable.
